Christy has been in the title industry since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of experience and a strong foundation in banking, where her career began in 2005. Her attention to detail, commitment to clients and passion for building lasting relationships have been key to her success in the industry.

Outside the office, Christy is a proud wife and mom. Married since 2007, she and her husband stay busy supporting their two children, who are active in travel baseball and softball. Most weekends, you'll find her cheering from the stands.

When she's not at the ballfield, Christy enjoys live music—especially outdoor concerts—and loves catching a Broadway show whenever she can. She also enjoys traveling and looks forward to marking off new destinations on her bucket list.

Danielle has been with the Neuse Title Services team for a little more than a year and previously worked as a legal assistant and paralegal. She's the first point of contact for emails and phone calls to the Neuse team and provides administrative support to the entire team.

Danielle's work is her passion, and she always enjoys learning new things about real estate. She pays attention to the details, and she's diligent and patient with every file that comes to her desk.

When she's not focused on real estate, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, reading and watching movie marathons.

Jacqueline started in the title industry in 2005 in an administrative role and quickly advanced into the role of an underwriter. She joined the Neuse Title Services team in 2017. Her close attention to detail and can-do attitude ensure that her clients get the service they need. She especially enjoys working with commercial clients and coordinating commercial transactions.

Jacqueline has her title insurance underwriters license in Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Outside of the office, Jacqueline enjoys cooking, taking long walks and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.

Jean has been in the title industry for more than 20 years. Before working directly for title agencies, she gained experience from several positions in the mortgage department, including processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing, and servicing and accounting.

Jean has her title insurance underwriter license in North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. She enjoys putting together the puzzle of each title insurance request, including applying the theory of title insurance and the rules and regulations to each file.

Outside of the office, Jean enjoys spending time with her husband and friends. She spends many weekends exploring other communities' farmers' markets, parks, festivals, farms and orchards, ice cream shops and other offerings. When she's at home, Jean spends her time working in her yard, baking cookies, reading mystery novels and watching movies.

Diana has been in the title industry for 37 years. She joined Neuse Title Services in 2019 and has 30 years of experience with mortgage lenders and attorneys. Her dedication, attention to detail and passion for excellent customer service are her formula for success.

Diana is skilled in handling preparation of documents, disbursement wires, and daily and monthly reporting for Neuse's trust accounts. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Michelle has been in the customer service industry for more than 30 years, bringing a well-rounded, client-focused approach to the Neuse Title Services team. She joined the Neuse team in August 2016 and enjoys the variety and challenges of underwriting title insurance. She's licensed in eight states.

She received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Roanoke College before moving to North Carolina. After working at both the North Carolina and Virginia offices, she relocated to Pennsylvania to work remotely and help care for her mother.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching college and professional football, playing golf, collecting Lego sets and spending time with her rescue dog, Bailey.

Kirsten has worked in the title insurance industry for 8 years and has her title insurance underwriter license in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. She's willing to lend a helping hand wherever she's needed. Whether she's underwriting and issuing policies or assisting with daily reconciliation, she always strives to do her best.

Outside of the office, Kirsten is a wife and a mom to her 4-year-old son. She stays busy with her family and enjoys sightseeing, crafting, reading and playing the saxophone. During football season, you can find her cheering on her alma mater, the East Carolina University Pirates.

Carlos has been in the title industry for 16 years and has his title insurance underwriter license for North Carolina. He started his title career after graduating from Florida International University. At Neuse Title Services, Carlos identifies business opportunities, develops strategies and builds relationships. He takes pride in his work and wants his clients to know they're always in good hands with him.

Outside the office, Carlos is involved with the Charlotte Latin American Chamber of Commerce and the Carolinas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. He also enjoys spending time with his 14-year-old Boston Terrier, attending HIIT classes at his gym, hiking and chasing waterfalls.

Caroline has been in the title industry for 3 years and brings with her more than 25 years of banking experience. She has her title insurance underwriter license in North Carolina and develops and maintains business relationships to generate title insurance orders for Neuse Title Services. Her focus on relationships, her professionalism and follow-through, and the guidance she offers are the reasons her clients know they can depend on her.

Outside the office, Caroline has spent years volunteering with the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Chapter of the Kiwanis Club, the Eastern NC Food Bank, the Wilmington Diaper Bank and Habitat for Humanity.

During her down time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, spending time at the beach and swimming.

Rob Warren

Rob has been in the title industry since 2001 and with Neuse Title Services since April 2020. He's the lead underwriter for Virginia and West Virginia and the marketing representative for those two states. He holds his title insurance underwriter license in Viriginia, West Viriginia and North Carolina and has been a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Viriginia since 1997.

When he's not at work, Rob is likely with his wife, son and four cats at their home in Viriginia.
